Where do I view my guest messages?

Messaging on Lodgable starts when a guest makes an inquiry or when they include a booking message. These messages are forwarded to your customer service email that you indicated in Lodgable. You can update this at any time by going to your account profile, under account settings.

 1. Log into your email account to view guest messages
