Lodgable has partnered with Stripe to make it easy for you to start accepting online credit card payments. There are two ways to start using Stripe with Lodgable:


Create a deferred account by activating credit cards in Lodgable:

This allows you to defer underwriting until after you receive your first payment.

  1. On the main dashboard on the top right-hand corner click your account profile image and from the drop-down select account settings then account profile.

  2. Select the guest payments tab where you will be greeted by two options, pay as you go and let guests cover it.

  3. Select the desired option and you will be prompted to create an account.

  4. Next, you'll see a green checkmark showing the stripe account has been successfully connected. 


Connect a pre-existing Stripe account:

  1. On the main dashboard on the top right-hand corner click your account profile image and from the drop-down select account settings then account profile.

  2. Select the guest payments tab where you will be greeted by two options, pay as you go and let guests cover it.

  3. Select the desired option and then locate the small text at the bottom that says "Connect your own Stripe account." You will then be prompted to sign into Stripe and authorize Lodgable and an app.

  4. Once you have signed into stripe you will be redirected back to the guest payments tab where you will see a green checkmark showing the stripe account has been successfully connected.
