Take the following steps for each additional property you wish to list:

  1.  In Escapia, Activate Lodgable for the property listing (help here under "Unit Distribution")

  2. Sometimes Escapia sends newly authorized properties during an overnight update.  If you don’t see the property in Lodgable immediately, wait until the next day.

  3.  Login to your Lodgable account and go to (Profile Icon) > Account Settings > App Directory.  When the page loads, go to the Escapia tile and click Manage Account.

  4. Find the desired property and perform one of the following:                                       Option A (most likely)                                                                                                 Click "New Property" then "Save."                                                                       Option B (rare, used only for reconnecting to Lodgable after previous import)      In the text box, begin typing the listing name as currently listed on Lodgable.  A drop-down will appear with matching properties.  Select the correct Lodgable listing.  Check the empty box, and click “Save.”

  5. In the left sidebar, click the green house for "Listings"

  6. Click the intended property (it will open in a new tab).

  7. On the left, click "Fees & Taxes"

  8. In the box under "Would you like to charge a cleaning fee?" enter the total fee amount for that property (aggregate total of your fees).

  9. (if applicable) Under “Would you like to charge an extra guest fee?” enter the dollar amount per extra guest.  Then select the # of guests approved WITHOUT an extra fee.

  10. (if applicable and Airbnb DOES NOT collect & remit on your behalf and you’re using Passthrough Taxes) Click “Collect a tax of” and enter total tax percentage to be collected.

  11. Scroll down and click "save changes"

  12. Make any other content tweaks you’ve typically made inside Lodgable with past properties, such as adding House Rules.

  13. Return to the browser tab showing all the listings (Step 4)

  14. For the intended property, slide the toggle showing “Inactive.”  You’ll get a confirmation box.  Click to confirm.  If you get any errors, address the specified needs.

  15. Go to (Profile Icon) > Account Settings > App Directory.  When the page loads, go to the Airbnb tile and click Manage Account.

  16. Find the desired property and perform one of the following:                                       Option A (new properties not currently on Airbnb)                                                       Click "New Property" then "Save."  (Sync auto-sets to “Everything.”)                           Option B (existing properties with a listing on Airbnb already)                                   In the text box, begin typing the listing name as currently listed on Airbnb.  A drop-down will appear with matching properties.  Select the correct Airbnb listing.  Set sync to “Everything,” and click “Save.”

  17. Once the property no longer shows “Exporting,” but shows an Unlisted toggle, click to show Listed.

  18. (if applicable because you have Lodgable markup your listings an additional amount) Contact Lodgable and ask them to confirm the markup is showing on the property.

You did it!  As soon as Airbnb approves the listing, it will be live.  Confirm all descriptions, rates, and details display as expected on Airbnb.  From now on, Lodgable will keep this listing synced and up to date.
