We've noticed a very high cancellation rate on Booking.com. Due to this, all of our listings on Booking.com are assigned the following cancellation policy, despite the policy that you've set up in Lodgable:
If a guest cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be issued.
If a guest cancels 31 days or more prior to arrival, a 100% refund must be issued.
Please make sure to charge or refund your guests in accordance with this policy to avoid late payments and/or chargebacks from the guest.
