How often does Booking.com update my listing?

There are two parts to your listing with Booking.com and they are each updated differently.

1. Dynamic Property Content

Your Availability:

Booking.com will refresh your calendar whenever someone clicks to reserve your property. Using this event method, it allows them to have real-time calendar data. If your calendar isn't available, the traveler won't be able to book your rental.

Your Rates: Similar to the calendar, this will refresh whenever someone attempts to reserve your rental.

Your Minimum Night Stay Requirements: Similar to the calendar, this will refresh whenever someone attempts to reserve your rental.

2. Static Property Content

Booking.com has observed that their users typically only add static content once and update it very rarely. The following list below is considered static content. It's added when you first create the listing and then is only updated upon your request:

  • Photos

  • Property Descriptions

  • Amenities

  • House Rules

  • Policies

  • Other rental fees

  • Taxes

  • Discounts

To request a listing update, please reach out to Lodgable and we will ask Booking.com to refresh your static content.
