Whenever possible, you shouldn't cancel a reservation. When a guest makes a booking on AirBnB using our partner API connection, their reservation is confirmed immediately.
If a guest contacts you to cancel their booking, you can recommend they do this by logging into their AirBnB account to cancel the reservation.
Overbooking:
For help on what to do when you have an overbooking, please contact the Lodgable's Customer Service Team at [email protected] or by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner. If you do need to cancel the booking, you may be charged a $100 fee from AirBnB.
No-show:
If the guest didn't show up, treat the reservation the same as if they would have checked in: charge the payment and leave the rental alone until their reservation is over.
