Since Lodgable uses AirBnB's partner API to integrate with them, Airbnb requires us and all other integrated platforms to use instant bookings. This means that your rental can be booked at any time by a traveler and that it's instantly approved. Due to this, it's very important that you keep your Lodgable calendar synced and up-to-date with any external accounts.

If you ever have an issue with the booking, please contact Lodgable. AirBnB may require you to pay a fee or find an alternative accommodation for a guest if you cancel. Repeated cancellations will also result in AirBnB or Lodgable delisting one or more of your rentals.
