When a booking comes in from a channel Lodgable will push that booking up to the Property management Software. However when a booking is cancelled the PM Software doesn't allow the existing bookings to be modified.
Lodgable will send an email notification to the Property Manager when a cancellation comes through. Because we can't update the reservation within the PM Software the property manager will need to remove the booking within the PM Software in order to open the dates. However if the booking came through Lodgable then when the booking is cancelled the dates in Lodgable will open once the dates in the PM Software open.
