When your listings are connected to a service such as Escapia or RNS we pull the rates in and set the base rates based on the rates given to us. In some cases you'll want to use your own base rates. To use this option visit https://app.lodgable.com/users/settings and find the option labeled Override Base Rates and click the slider to start overriding the base rates, which allows you to set your own.

Once this is done you will need to verify that the base rates for each listing are what you want them. You'll do this from the listing page under the Rates and Availability section.
