Reservation Changes Initiated by the Guest

Reservation changes initiated by the guest can be accepted on Airbnb.  Follow the directions provided by Airbnb in their notification of the change.

Reservation Changes Initiated by the Host

Currently, the listing needs to be temporarily unsynced with Lodgable to perform the necessary actions in Airbnb.  Once the changes are made, a proper resyncing of the property needs to take place to maintain the synchronization and functionality you’re used to.

  1. Navigate to Lodgable.com > (profile icon) > Account Settings > App Directory

  2. Click into Manage Account on the Airbnb tile

  3. Find the desired property and in the “What should we sync?” dropdown, select Stop Syncing.  In a few moments, the property will no longer be synced.

  4. In a separate tab, Navigate to Airbnb.com > Host > Listings.

  5. Confirm the desired property no longer shows synced.  Refresh the page if necessary.

  6. Find the desired reservation and make the appropriate changes on Airbnb

  7. Return to the Lodgable.com tab.

  8. Find the desired property and in the “What should we sync?” dropdown, select Everything.  To the right of the dropdown, click the sync symbol.

  9. Once the notification appears saying exporting is finished (this might take a while), the Unlisted toggle button should appear.  If it doesn’t, click the “Check Airbnb Status” button at the top of the page and wait for the properties to update.

  10. Once the button appears, toggle Unlisted to Listed.

  11. When you get the message that the listing has been approved, the property is once again synchronized.

  12. Confirm the property shows synced in Airbnb.  Refresh the page if necessary.
