To update your listing headline, go to the Property Info page and update the Property title field.
To update your listing description, go to the Description page and update the first description section. This text will be provided to HomeAway as the property description.
To update your property’s address and latitude/longitude, go to the Address page. You may search for your address by typing it in or use the embedded Google map to find the location and click on it to drop and pin which will set the address.
Property registration number
To add a property registration number in Lodgable, go to the Property Info page and use the Registration Number field to define the value that should be provided to HomeAway.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
To specify the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, go to the Property Info page and use the Bedrooms, Full bathrooms, and Half bathrooms fields to declare the number of each contained on the property. When the number of bedrooms changes, bedroom entries will automatically be added/removed from the Bedroom Details page. Inversely, if a bedroom is removed from the Bedroom Details page, the Bedrooms field will have it's number reduced accordingly.
Maximum number of guests
To specify the maximum number of guests that a property can accommodate, set the Sleeps field on the Property Info page.
Minimum length of stay
To specify a minimum length of stay for a property across all dates, set the Minimum Night Stay field on the Rates and Availability page. To specify a minimum length of stay for a property across a specified date range, select the dates you would like to affect. A dialog will pop up allowing you to configure the date range. Set the Minimum Night Stay field and click Submit to define the minimum length of stay for the selected dates.
Only the first 50 photos feed to HomeAway. The recommended resolution is 1920x1080 pixels and the maximum photo size is 20 MB. Images can be uploaded for a property within the Property Setup -> Photos page.
To locate your advertiser ID in Lodgable, go to the App Directory. If you are connected to HomeAway, your advertiser ID will be displayed on the connection's tile.
Check-in and checkout time
To update the check-in and checkout time for a property, go to the Policies page for the property and use the first three fields on the page to define the check-in and check-out times.
Custom house rules
To specify custom house rules, head over to the App Directory and click on Manage account.
Click on Settings to see all of the HomeAway custom settings. From here you can set up to 3 custom house rules.
Suitability for children
To specify if your property is suitable for children, while on the Settings tab from the custom house rules, use the Are children allowed? switch to communicate whether or not the property is suitable for children.
You can specify the minimum age for a guest staying at a property by going to the Settings tab described in the custom house rules section and defining the Guest minimum age field.
Suitability for events
To specify if a property is suitable for events, while on the Settings tab from the custom house rules, use the Are events allowed? switch to communicate whether or not the property is suitable for events.
Suitability for smoking
To specify if guests are allowed to smoke at a property, while on the Settings tab from the custom house rules, use the Is smoking allowed? switch to communicate whether or not the property is suitable for smoking.
Suitability for pets
To indicate that a property is pet-friendly, while on the Settings tab from the custom house rules, use the Are pets allowed? switch to communicate whether or not the property is suitable for pets.
